AB Code Studio sells digital products and professional services. We do not ordinarily ship physical goods. “Delivery” therefore means making an order, download, license, credential, deliverable or service milestone available electronically.
Your order record appears in the client portal once payment is confirmed.
Unless a different delivery estimate is shown before purchase.
No courier charge applies to standard digital orders.
1. Digital products and licenses
After successful payment confirmation, the order is recorded in your client account. Product files, source code, license details or access instructions are delivered through the client portal or sent to the registered email address, normally within one business day. Where a product page or checkout confirmation states a different delivery time, that stated time applies.
2. Custom services
Websites, applications, design, marketing and other custom services are delivered electronically in milestones. The accepted proposal, quotation or statement of work states the expected start date, customer dependencies, review stages and final-delivery schedule. Project timing begins after any required advance payment and requested content, access or approvals are received.
3. Delivery method and charges
Delivery may be made through the secure client portal, registered email address, a private download link, a source-control repository or a mutually agreed project workspace. Standard digital delivery has no shipping or courier charge. Any optional third-party hosting, domain, marketplace, storage or transfer charge will be disclosed before it is incurred.
4. Customer responsibilities
You must provide a working email address, keep your client account secure and ensure that your purchase is compatible with any requirements shown on the product page or proposal. Please check spam or junk folders for delivery messages. Delivery to the registered account, email address or agreed workspace is treated as delivery to the customer.
5. Delays and non-delivery
Automated payment review, fraud checks, incomplete customer information, third-party outages or a delayed bank confirmation may delay access. We will communicate a material delay using your registered email address or client portal. If a confirmed order is not visible or the promised files have not arrived within the applicable delivery window, contact support with the order number; we will investigate and re-deliver where appropriate.
6. Access and download safety
Download links and credentials may be personal, time-limited or restricted to the purchased license. Do not forward them to unauthorised users. Keep a secure backup after delivery and contact us promptly if a link is inaccessible or appears compromised.
