This Policy explains when an order placed with AB Code Studio may be cancelled and when a payment may be refunded. It applies to ready-made digital products, service plans and custom professional services purchased from us.

1. How to request cancellation or a refund
Email info@abcodestudio.in within seven calendar days of the transaction. Include your name, order or invoice number, payment reference, item or service purchased, reason for the request and any relevant screenshots. Do not send card numbers, CVV, OTP or UPI PIN.
2. Ready-made digital products
You may cancel for a full refund before the product files, source code, license key or access credentials have been issued. Because digital delivery cannot be physically returned, a product is normally non-refundable after access or delivery.
We will nevertheless provide a refund or suitable remedy where required by law, or when we confirm a duplicate charge, incorrect item, non-delivery, or a material defect that prevents the product from substantially matching its published description and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time. Compatibility issues, change of mind, inability to use the product, unsupported third-party changes, or failure to review disclosed requirements are not defects.
3. Custom services and service plans
A custom-service order may be cancelled in writing. If work has not started, the amount paid for the unstarted scope is refundable. After work begins, completed milestones and work already performed are non-refundable; any unearned balance may be refunded after deducting only approved third-party costs that were clearly disclosed and actually incurred for your project. A signed proposal or statement of work may contain more specific cancellation terms, which will apply to that engagement.
4. Duplicate, failed or unauthorised payments
A verified duplicate charge will be refunded in full. If money was debited but our order remains failed or unpaid, contact us with the payment reference so we can verify its status. Some failed payments are automatically reversed by the bank or gateway. Report a payment you did not authorise to your bank or payment provider immediately and also notify us so we can preserve relevant records.
5. Processing an approved refund
We aim to decide a complete request within five business days. An approved refund is initiated to the original payment method within seven business days of approval. The bank or payment provider may then take approximately five to ten business days to display the credit. We cannot send a refund to a different card, bank account, UPI ID or cash recipient. Payment-provider or bank delays are outside our direct control, but we will provide a refund reference when available.
6. Non-refundable items
- Delivered source code, downloaded files, issued license keys or disclosed access credentials, except for the eligible cases above.
- Completed service milestones, approved deliverables and time already worked.
- Domain, hosting, advertising, marketplace, software-license or other third-party costs purchased with your approval.
- Work outside the original scope, or problems caused by unauthorised modification or an unsupported environment.
7. Questions and escalation
If you believe a request was not handled correctly, reply to the same support conversation with the supporting details. This Policy does not reduce any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
